The team in the SOC were one of the most technical and capable teams I've had the pleasure of working with.
The Bristol office still retains the feel of a smaller company, not like most defence companies who are too big to move.
Cons
Whatever problems anyone else has listed I'd say any issues were not unique to Leonardo and you can't please all the people all the time.
