Pros
A very friendly place to work, with most people being very willing to help you out. So long as you get the job done properly, you shouldn't have your boss breathing down your neck. Good opportunities for training.
Cons
Far too many levels of management. A strange disparity in procedures for courses - some require jumping through hoops to get on, some to get off!
