Leonardo has not been a very good company to work for but working there has become a lot worse due to recent site protests and pay disputes.
The management style is very old fashioned and career development is very poor despite the published process. Technical training used to very good but that has slipped.
Rewards are generally poor compared with other technology companies and salares are neglected until someone attempts to leave (which they must eventually do to get proper reward for their efforts). We have lost a lot of good colleagues this way. This approach is embedded in the management style and has been followed for decades.
Note that due to the nature of the projects there can be limited or no opportunities for working from home in many roles.
