Pros
Ability to make a pair of glasses. That’s really it.
Cons
No schedule consistency, terrible work/life balance, extremely poor communication, understaffed, underpaid for the amount of responsibilities placed on you , no retail and lab partnership, nearly everything is timed. Machines are extremely old and falling apart, have to be fixed and adjusted regularly just to work.
