Pros
My coworkers are some of the best people I know and I feel like their my extended family! Benefits such as free pair of eyewear every year is an awesome plus and having friends and family discounts helps a lot too! Scheduling days off and the flexible shifts are a breeze.
Cons
The commission structure is below average. Honestly as much as I love my job, I don't necessarily feel the feeling is neutral. It's like they come up with new ways not to pay us.
