I enjoy working at LensCrafters most of the time, but sometimes it depends on who’s your manager and regional manager. Sometimes work goes smoothly but also sometimes you have people who live and breathe LC that go down your neck for profit for a company that can’t afford your sick pay. I stay because I love optical but the companies a little dicey, no matter how much you sale or surpass goal, they give one line of congratulations and then hit you with a near impossible goal to hit so you can’t rely on your commission.
