This company will continue to have high turnover, as employees are not valued. It doesn’t matter how hard you work. Or how well your store runs. You are only as good as your numbers. Upper management only wants to focus on what you are not achieving. And never celebrate the wins. Everything is a double standard. If you’re supervisor requests something, you better get it done immediately, or you will be micromanaged or hounded until you get it done. Then when you need support, it’s crickets from your leader. Managers are never able to disconnect from work, with constant communication, going to personal devices, from group chats set up by regional managers. It’s never ending. And mentally draining.
