Pros
Great coworkers. Very supportive of each other. I would not have stayed at the company as long as i did without them.
Cons
They always hire outside management. Many of the managers have no idea about Optics which makes it difficult for employees to get help from upper management on certain issues. I had 3 GMs within a couple months.
