Cons

No freedom to run a store for individual market. Way too much time spent on micromanaging every aspect of the sales floor. Way too little hours to do all the pointless tasks you are given. Yes men and woman are the only ones promoted and much turnover

Flexible hours Experienced staff Newer equipment Able to choose music to listen to while in the lab Certification opportunities

Cons

Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
