Pros
Benefits were pretty good, and the 401K was a nice touch. If you were lucky, you got to work in a lab with Gerber machines and one person could run the lab alone without any problems.
Cons
Their reviews left a lot to be desired. The scale is on a 1 to 5, 1 being the worst, 5 the best. In all my years of hard work, NO one ever got higher than a 3 unless they were being groomed for managment. The highest raise I could ever get was 3%. Last year, they decided to start giving bad reviews to save money. If you got a 2 than you got a 5% pay cut, and a 1 got 10%! They trumped up bad reviews for so many of us, who for over 10 years, have had good reviews just to save some money, or to get you to quit and get someone less qualified, and underpaid in. You can't go anywhere in the company unless your friends with the manager. Meaning, you hang out with them after work, drinking, clubbing, ect. You don't need to be qualified in anything but butt kissing. Never had a desire to climb the ladder, when I work with people who were passed over for less than qualified, new people off the streets!
