OK Pay but management left much to be desired. - Lab Technician LensCrafters Employee Review

Worked 30+ hours per week and received "Exceeds Expecatations" rating only to have them hire a new hire in at Full-Time when I was seeking an increase in hours. Management would go behind employees back and talk about other employees etc. Upper management seemed more inclined to dicipline store management rather than train when they would visit the store.
