      Everything else. Constantly cutting hours, constant changes in vision, mid and upper management. All about money, not patients...

      Flexible hours Experienced staff Newer equipment Able to choose music to listen to while in the lab Certification opportunities

      Cons

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
