Pros
Literally can not think of one. Helping customers see is fun but not when it takes the lab 2 or 3 times to get the order right.
Cons
No work life balance. They only care about numbers and metrics. New lab process is a nightmare, takes almost a month for some glasses to come in. No support from upper management.
