      Easy to understand everything is pretty straightforward, you just need to pay attention to what you are doing and you will do great.

      A lot of pressure to not take breakages or late jobs.

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
