      It's kind of evident that most of the industry might be headed on a more online approach making job security pretty non-existent, especially for lab, but for retail too. Low pay, low advancement opportunities

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
