Pros

Variety of areas you can work with in the store i.e. sales floor or lab. Many stores so if you need to transfer there are options.

Cons

They are removing many positions right now and spreading the burden to other people. You will be fired for reporting anything to HR, I had to listen to a store GM make racist remarks, give girls a hard time for pumping (nursing mother pumping during her lunch time in private), making fun of people with intellectual disabilities. Much pressure is put on lab staff for 1 hour service which creates tension and violence. You have to push their scam of a non profit, Onesight, and pressure customers to donate, if you don't receive high enough donations you get in trouble just so the company can have more tax right offs. Currently, the company is failing (look at the value of their stocks) and focusing on their new line at Macy's instead of rebuilding what they already have.
