      Pros

      Get to do what I love and not only do I get a good hourly wage but I also get commission.

      Cons

      Not the very best there is when it comes to switching between full time, part time and casual part time positions.

      Flexible hours Experienced staff Newer equipment Able to choose music to listen to while in the lab Certification opportunities

      Cons

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
