Luxottica is a great company! Lots of growth opportunity if your willing to work hard and build a proven track record. Had the opportunity to travel abroad and help people without access to vision care through their foundation OneSight! Awesome place to work !

Flexible hours Experienced staff Newer equipment Able to choose music to listen to while in the lab Certification opportunities

Cons

Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
