Pros
Good training for optical and sales.
Cons
Poor pay and hours. Commissions are skimpy. Upper management doesn't care as long as sales are up and hours are down. Too much invested in showy technology and marketing and not enough in workforce and basic necessities. They won't even replace chairs that are broken.
