      You get to exercise your customer service skills and learn the true value of a happy customer. The pay isn't bad either.

      Cons

      You cannot exceed 32 hours as a Sales Associate. The sales Associate position has to be Part-Time.

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
