      The pay is great, the people are awesome (customers and associates), and, overall, the job is rewarding.

      Cons

      Commission is .5% of your weekly sales and you only get paid commission when the weekly guest count is met.

      Cons

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
