You really get a feel for what it means to work in optical and you have access to grade A training
Cons
Unless you work incredibly hard and stretch yourself very thin there's not very much room for growth and they don't really promote from within. While I was working with them they had a girl straight from Victoria's Secret thrown in and out into a management position because her previous boss there came to work as a GM for LC
