Really kind people to work for who actually do care about work/life balance and employee experience

Nothing significant. They're fully remote, so if you want an office, this isn't for you, but the flexibility was great.

It's work that still pays and the checks clear. Work is light, so far, 40hrs appears to be respected as normal max. Staff can be warm and friendly, if you get to interact much.

Visibility has been reduced in all directions. Career progression feels limited. Reorg feels stilted, siloed, & designed to frustrate career progression. Non-technical non-functional HR hall monitor/therapy-esc talent manager.
