Slow learning curve, no variety in projects (same client year after year), pay is quite low. They try to pay as little as possible, but then go on to offer big salaries when you want to leave or to attract new people from outside. The most ridiculous part is that management still acts surprised when people leave. All the people who left ended up getting 50%/60% pay increases at least.
