Pros
FFW has been a truly amazing place to work. I know everyone always talks about how great the people are in their reviews, but I have to say the people I get to work with here are incredibly creative, intelligent, always willing to help, and authentically care about the work they're doing. Though all of that is important, that last part is something I've never experienced to this degree at any other company. Being a global company, the team is represented by people from so many different countries and cultures. This real diversity is uniquely special to FFW. Leadership at FFW have been incredibly accessible and helpful. For a company of this size and breadth, it's a pleasant surprise to have leadership as involved as they are. Regardless of function or location, the people here care about each other and the clients. I've been at agencies before that certainly weren't bad experiences or bad companies, but there was always this 'us vs. them' mentality when it came to clients. This is not something I've witnessed at FFW. I know this may seem like a small thing, but I think it speaks volumes about the people and mentality of this company.
Cons
The only potential con is that a significant number of positions are remote (work from home). This is actually a huge pro for me. In my last job of seven years, I would have to fight seattle traffic 45 minutes each way to and from work. Working from home was a fairly easy adjustment for me. But I'm listing it as a con, only because I can understand how some people prefer an office environment, and some of the perks that sometimes come with it (snacks, foosball table, watercooler chatter, etc).
