Pros

Great firm with lots of sales support, you can always get an answer if you have a question about ANYTHING. Great place to go and get your start as half the time you do not have to source your own client meetings. Good medical, health, dental, vision, retirement, and lots of time off.

Cons

Management does not give a damn what happens as long as the money rolls in and the red tape everywhere. An extremely corporate climate that can get political quickly. The firm also pays bottom-dollar on commissions.

Pros

Great coworkers. Benefits were great.

Cons

Stingy pay, overdone and ineffective management. Terrible handling of neurodiversity. Company less interested in local talent despite Dimon’s obsession Wyatt in office work. There is a gradual devaluation of a wide swaths of roles including junior bankers to leverage depressed economies abroad to line shareholder pockets.
