Pros

This company has bias against Muslims candidates and junior employees. The management is aware of the troubles of junior employees but they prefer to keep quiet Around 20 people left the departments but still the head of department job is safe as favoritism and scratching each others back is common Automation and new ideas are rejected often groupism is the reason for this. Senior moves to new departments and then he will bring his old team members and give them preferable treatment.

Cons

Their Integrity Hotline is a big joke. If you report your name is not kept secret and the person who is doing unethical conduct and business is aware about your compliant. They promote the seniors who trouble juniors and punish juniors who raise voice against injustices

Pros

The team was supportive and willing to answer questions. I gained practical experience in industry research, financial analysis, Excel, and data organization while working on real projects. Managers provided helpful feedback, and the internship was a good opportunity to understand how research and analytical work is completed in a professional environment.

Cons

Some assignments could become repetitive, especially data cleaning, database updates, and reviewing large amounts of information. Deadlines could also be tight during busy periods. Because the internship was relatively short, interns sometimes had limited ownership over longer-term projects.
