Pros

The work was good, the team was good. Good environment to learn and work on surrounding technology. Options for more healthier life (gym, swimming pool, health checkups, fire drills, adhoc sessions). Good package intern for job security and onsite opportunities.

Cons

Org layoff when their actual head counts need to be down per business needs. But they play with layoff, to create a kind of fearing environment. When you have been identified as a candidate for it, you will not get the good/appropriate rating to the work. The micro errors they publish and take away the rating, after the very good works. The behavior and words of the manager will totally change after rate. In PIP, the intentions such that, resource make some kind of error and can be catched/leave away. Actually there is no value for the resource, beside is been showing as too caring.

Pros

The team was supportive and willing to answer questions. I gained practical experience in industry research, financial analysis, Excel, and data organization while working on real projects. Managers provided helpful feedback, and the internship was a good opportunity to understand how research and analytical work is completed in a professional environment.

Cons

Some assignments could become repetitive, especially data cleaning, database updates, and reviewing large amounts of information. Deadlines could also be tight during busy periods. Because the internship was relatively short, interns sometimes had limited ownership over longer-term projects.
