Pros
1. Great place for age 40+ old developers 2. Good place, if u have no other product company offers in hand 3. Good to have an one offer to negotiate with other company for better offers
Cons
1. Company is still living in early 2000's, for example, you can see that with their childish bugs and poor quality of product checking official Infosys career portal and new income tax e-filing portal. 2. Don't have good enough pool of talented young engineers, mostly middle aged outdated engineers due to company can't keep up with competitive salary of today's market. 3. Lack of young talented engineers, make things even worse, they fired freshers recently.
