As I said in the title make sure you try everywhere else before attempting to join here. There is a clear and evident divide between US citizens and visa employees. The communication is all super last minute for everything even on projects. The salary is lower than most starter consulting jobs and is not negotiable. They push you onto clients whether you have the experience or not and you are left trying to catchup and understand what is happening in an ongoing project. The training they provide didn't have anything to do with the actual job. There is no management to speak of - They will never reach out to you and you will try to reach out to them and sometimes you just get left on read or ignored. We had to submit goals using their portal and my manager would never approve them. There is not proper communication even when you are on the bench. The most communication I got from this place is when I was leaving and they offered me permanent remote work and more money. The management in my department actually raised their voice at me once during a meeting for not completing trainings that weren't even due until the next week. What surprised me the most is how many of their current employees have negative things to say about the company to the fresh graduates. Please take my advice, just keep applying you will guaranteed find something even if it takes longer.
