Pros

Good team players & very talented ppl good pay for freshers lot of clients in US.. so very little chance of lay-off

Cons

as fresh college cream opting other companies, newcomers are very hard to deal with work and pay .. there is no relation.. no overtime pay trying to cut cost for client.. ending up with more offshoring promotions and crr are joke.. everytime there will be new reason, new criteria for how you didnt get promoted trying to be big fish in offshoring business.. loosing interest in employee wellfare
