This company operates unethically. They abruptly changed the pay structure, raising sales goals and altering bonus payouts in a way that makes earning any realistic monthly bonus virtually impossible. These changes significantly reduced employees monthly income, all without advance notice, while simultaneously increasing expectations for sales and workload.
When the newest CEO, Jason, took over, he promised that employees would be the heart of the company and that people would come first. Unfortunately, his actions have not matched his words. Instead, the culture has shifted toward treating employees as nothing more than revenue generators, with little to no appreciation, constant policy changes without warning, and unattainable goals.
