Pros
Nothing is positive, except all the nice people who are lucky enough to work at corporate.
Cons
All of the negativity, back stabbing, ridiculous employees who know nothing about the services that the company sells, then they say they do injections for instance but don't have a trained staff so they cant do the procedure and then they make up stories about the nurse got sick we are going to have to move your appointment. It's all BS, People listen to me this company is a complete mess from Corporate all the way to each individual centers. They are charging outrageous amounts for hair removal and they have partnered with the Company that makes the lasers it's pure profit for Ideal Image, they are horrible to their people and they hire people who end up hating their jobs so they are rude and impossible to work with. Sad sad company.
