      Pros

      Large office of fun women, made lots of friends. Great culture with office parties for almost every holiday. Good pay for a call center.

      Cons

      Stifling to sit in a cubical and follow a script for call after call. I prefer in person interaction.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
