Bad management with no business direction - Aesthetic Advisor Ideal Image Employee Review

Added responsibilities with decreased pay. Was told in a meeting today that there is no marketing strategy..... they decide to do something on a whim to see if it will work. absolutely no direction whatsoever. the CEO ran the company into the ground. the year i started, we ran through 4 different CEOs. Jason started off good but he has taken this company from bad to worse. it will be a miracle if anyone can turn this around. no free treatments, late hours, weekends, poor pay, and unworkable leads.
