I love my employment and potential opportunities. I’m actually lucky to have a DM who is has empathy and understands my skill sets. I appreciate upper management and their willingness to listen and take feedback. My only concern is the inconsistency with commission. When you work at clinic level and you were many hats you depend on the commission. The structure has changed multiple times since I’ve been with the brand and the most recent adjustment has discouraged me and my team. However, I remain optimistic as I truly love my job and believe that there will be positive changes while working through the motions.

Cons
High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
