      Consultants are paid on a forgiven draw. Free services.

      Cons

      Make sure you can survive only on the draw. Hitting goal can be hit or miss. Long hours and they always want more. No work life balance. Employees have turned into numbers, and work environment is not good.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
