      Everything!! Your coworkers are amazing, work life is balanced. It has been the best career I've ever had in my life. Not micromanaged. Up beat, friendly and fun.

      There isn't one. If you are honest, friendly and great with people you shouldn't have any problems.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
