Pros

Pay was competitive for the region initially.

Cons

People are fired left and right with no notice. Patient safety is not their priority, profit is, and salespeople with no medical experience will try to break your arm to approve people for treatment who aren't good candidates. Treated as a disposable "unit" rather than an as a human being who was a loyal employee for 10 years then simply discarded. Many of my coworkers experienced the same. Also, it's almost a sweat-shop in the clinics themselves. Truly a terrible company.

Pros

Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

Cons

High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
