      Pros

      They do pay well, and the product is very good. Locations are not like some hole in the wall LHR business. It is professionally setup. I would not recommend any other company personally. Worth the price.

      Wayyyyyyyyyy too much drama. I'm going to repeat that. Wayyyyyyyyyy too much drama. The company is 99.9% women, so all they do is catfight and talk behind each others back and bicker. It's ridiculous. It is NOT a team environment. Lord knows the company headquarters has tried to make it one, but there are just too many women in one company.

      Pros

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
