A lot of growth opportunity for those that work hard! I have been with the company for many years. The leadership teams are positive and get us excited. The Chief Medical Officer has made a ton of positive changes. The training for Aesthetic Nurses and Providers is far above and beyond anything I have taken elsewhere. Lots of discounts and free services. Great work life balance (Full-Time allows me to be home with my family at least three days per week). Benefits continue to improve. Closed on Holidays and Sundays.

High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
