      Nothing, seriously nothing. Some guests were pleasant.

      Cons

      No direction from the manager, toxic environment with a cut-throat mentality, no one is safe and they like to create that energy. Terminate people for fabricated unethical reasons, poor upper management, constant changes and no direction, just figure it out yourself. Unethical sales tactics. No way to get "free" treatments.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
