      Fun clients; company provided on the job training/ classes/ certifications.

      Cons

      Unprofessional leaders, not organized, huge turn over, short staffed, desk staff will shorten appointment times to service more clients without confirming with NP if it can even be done safely shorter time period- instructed to do so by management. FAVORITISM is absolutely undeniable.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
