Pros

Free treatments (if you’re lucky) Insurance offered to full time employees

Cons

Office invested with mold, making employees sick Always replacing upper management causing confusion in the clinic Company is unorganized Fire people randomly. They fired two nurses 10 minutes from when their shift was supposed to start and told them the reason was because of “the economy” leaving reception to reschedule and pausing patients treatment packages due to no treating staff and did not get involved or offer any support when angry patients called/visited the clinic aggressively ( this went on for over 2 months daily) Do not care about employees See employees as expendable and will give little notice before firing them Training is nonexistent, they train you one day then expect you to know how everything works. You have to teach yourself everything Old school filing system. Patients do not have anything to keep record but paper files over flowing on one shelf. Stressful work environment Pay is low for what they expect of you and constantly getting harassed by angry patients Hostile coworkers who cause issues and are reported for harassment will only be given a slap on the wrist

Pros

Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

Cons

High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
