      Pros

      The people I work with are amazing and helping guests look and feel their best. Transforming lives is extremely rewarding. The company is also working really hard at improving its image and being a better place of employment.

      Cons

      The company has some pretty strict policies around their contracts with guest purchases. I understand why they do, but having to deal with the guests who do not is not fun.

      Pros

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
