      Pros

      Free Hair removal for employees (which I never used because of centers scheduling). Free coffee, water. That is all..you get free drinks working at a fast food restaurant as well.

      Cons

      LOTS of empty promises.Horrible management in Headquarters. NO training whatsoever. They rip customers off with the "specials". I was bullied by my co-workers. The girls were are completely phony and have heard the manager down talking another employee and the CEO to us. Perfect job for high schoolers because that is what the pay is and your coworkers act like.

      Pros

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
