      Pros

      The people you work with in clinics are very nice

      Cons

      High turnover in my short time there. No raises. Bonuses went down to almost nothing unless you meet ridiculous sales goals when there is barely enough staff to get through the day. No consistent training for any position

      Pros

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
