Pros
The corporate culture at Ideal Image was incredible. Even if I wasn't overly excited about performing my job functions for the day, I always looked forward to seeing my co-workers and working in an environment that was positive, welcoming and friendly. Upper management was friendly and always making conversation with employees in the office, constantly supporting an open door policy and taking time to hear people's opinions. Ideal Image did a great job at keeping its employees engaged and excited about the company's new direction, always offering great services and discounts to employees. Ideal Image had various events to foster a sense of community, such as monthly birthday celebrations, fitness activities, off-site celebrations, etc. The dress code was casual, which is always a plus. You generally get the impression that those working at Ideal Image want to be there, and that says a lot about the company. It was rare to have someone visit the corporate office and not comment about how happy everyone appeared.
Cons
These cons would apply to any company out there and are definitely outweighed by all the pros Ideal Image has to offer. Depending on your position/department, there may be limits to growth within the company. Compensation is not always aligned with education and experience, more based on importance of the position at time of hiring.
