No work life balance. Expect to work sun up to sun down and then management tell you it’s normal. They do lay offs all the time and then remind you of them when you don’t want to work 24/7. Understaffed, underpaid, and Managers hire their friends and create a toxic work environment. They will trick you by telling you you have unlimited PTO but then work you to death and make you work on your PTO because it’s so understaffed.
