Underpay their employees, upper management is absent and over staffed, scheduling for clients and staff is a mess, randomly cut hours and bonus structures at will with no notice, never deliver free treatments to employees, very often there is no front desk staff, paper charting and frequently lost client charts, randomly change clients’ contract terms and pricing mid-contract with no notice which infuriates clients. All management cares about is sales and Google reviews.
